Our cultivation of fish is not a conventional model. This was designed thinking of taking advantage of the severely damaged areas; that the water is a scarce resource; the demands of a delicate species; and, the desire to make a pleasant landscape.

   

The whole system is formed by ponds of different designs. It has a capacity to maintain 10 thousand specimens of 250 grams approximately. Everything it with a volume of water of hardly 1 liter per second.

 

The water is taken of a small river that limits with the property. The turbidity of this improves using a decantation tank. Small quantities of mineralized water are taken of the underground. This mixture helps to that the meat obtains a more pleasant flavor.

The water has an average of temperature of 18  grades C°. This level it is excellent so that the trout grows more quickly.

A system of cleaning of the bottom of the tanks drags the water deteriorated by the deposit of excrements, organic particles and silts.

 

Enrichment with oxygen

  


The water is oxygenated with small jumps. A hydraulic wheel; that reproduces the design used by the old ones Roman, it is a technology that turned out to be excellent.

   

The "size plate", the required minimum for consumption, is when the trout reaches a weight of 250 grams and a longitude of 20 centimeters.

The final phase: it captures of the trout, careful preparation and a delicious meal; that justifies the effort.
