Our cultivation of fish is not a conventional model. This was designed thinking of taking advantage of the severely damaged areas; that the water is a scarce resource; the demands of a delicate species; and, the desire to make a pleasant landscape. |

The whole system is formed by ponds of different designs. It has a capacity to maintain 10 thousand specimens of 250 grams approximately. Everything it with a volume of water of hardly 1 liter per second. |

◄ The water is taken of a small river that limits with the property. The turbidity of this improves using a decantation tank. Small quantities of mineralized water are taken of the underground. This mixture helps to that the meat obtains a more pleasant flavor. The water has an average of temperature of 18 grades C°. This level it is excellent so that the trout grows more quickly. |
