		La Campiña del Quijos is an authentic reconciliation tribute with the nature. We don't seek to seduce the environmental sensibility of our potential visitors as a commercial strategy.


				Previously named property "The Mission", was this way the modest beginning of La Campiña del Quijos.
				That that now is the hostel, abundant in vegetation and colors of life; more and more frequented by the wild life that was driven away by many years, until recently these they were barren lands, swept by the axe, destroyed by the intensive cattle use, agriculturally unproductive; and, considered as of little value.




				Motivated by the utopia of giving life and value to a small planet piece, effort and creativity they were dedicated. As a sculpture, of a block of amorphous nature, it was taking form a landscape where the aromas of life have returned to stay.
				● The agricultural foods that we consume in La Campiña del Quijos are produced in our own organic orchard. ● We recycle the organic residuals.These we use them to elaborate earthworm humus; that dedicate to improve the soil of the orchard, gardens and trees that we sow. ● We work so that the tourism prospers in the Quijos valley like industry without chimneys; and, for a friendly attitude toward the protected forests that surround us.


				We make of our work a practice of responsible tourism.
