With the trout it is possible to prepare a great variety of appetizing presentations.
However, the secret of the most exquisite elaboration is simply in the freshness
of the fish. With not more than one hour of capture, the trout offers an
excellent flavor. |

For occasions special, previous reservation, we light the logs to elaborate the traditional dishes of the Andean and amazon food. For something we are located among both regions. From the Andes: how more representative that the roasted Guinea pig. The specimens come from our own hatchery. From the Amazonía: The maito, flavor to jungle, to millennial culture of the indigenous people. |
Because we share the concern of not ingesting saturated vegetables of noxious
chemical, we prefer to consume the production of fresh vegetables of our own
orchard hothouse. Here the organic agriculture offers us its kindness.. Our guests have the option of harvesting the fruits of the earth that will accompany their meal. |
